Cleanliness and Shoes

Our backdrops are sensitive and get dirty easily. Street shoes are not allowed in the studio. For your session, socks, barefoot shooting, or clean indoor shoes are recommended. If shoes are part of your outfit, the soles must be completely clean.
Time and Punctuality

Please arrive about 10 minutes before your booked session. Your booked time includes changing, preparation, shooting, and packing up. Sessions end on time to ensure a smooth schedule for everyone.
Lighting, Camera and Equipment

All lights, stands, and camera settings are optimally prepared. Please do not change positions or settings. If anything looks unusual or doesn’t work, contact us immediately
Food, Drinks and Substances

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the studio, including e-cigarettes. Alcohol or other intoxicating substances are not permitted. Drinks are allowed only in sealed containers and must be kept away from equipment. Props such as confetti or cakes are allowed, but the studio must be left clean afterward.
Walls, Furniture and Interior

Do not attach anything to walls or furniture. Dirty or heavy objects must not be leaned against them. Tape, glue, or markers can cause permanent damage.
Groups and Animals

For group sessions, please arrive together when possible to keep the process smooth. Pets are welcome as long as they have clean paws, remain calm, and stay under control at all times.
Responsibility, Backdrops and Damage

Please leave the studio as you found it. Damage to backdrops, equipment, furniture, or props caused by ignoring studio rules may be charged.
Paper backdrops (especially sensitive): Our paper backdrops are particularly delicate where the floor meets the wall, as the paper is freely tensioned there. Please avoid stepping on this area when moving backward, especially with heels or hard shoes, as holes can easily occur.
If a backdrop becomes unusable during a session due to holes, tears, or significant damage and needs to be cut, a flat fee of €20 will be charged to cover material costs. We will inform you transparently after the session.
Photo Delivery

Edited images are typically delivered within a maximum of 48 hours. Photos are provided via an online gallery (PicDrop), where they can be downloaded directly.
